For the record,

So far we have not heard from Linds' Dad Edwin since she called him on her cellular phone 2 weeks ago.

At that time he insisted she tell us she wanted to come for a visit.

He also told her to tell us to bring her there so she could spend a weekend.

She declined knowing the circumstances and that the courts require only the 8 hours. She is fully aware that he does not have to take a drug test to have the visit.

He stated in that phone call that he wasn't going to "pee in a cup" just to visit. Of course he would have to come up with a clean drug test to change the custody judgment. But just for a visit this is not required.

So we plan for the visit, just in case. If he should call here and want to try a supervised (which Kern County has no official plan for) visit we will be prepared. We agree it is best to make sure there are at least 3 places they could go in public for the 8 hours.
