The Words Lead...Follow or Get out of the Way should be Words in Life You always Remember!

To Lead Means that You have either... Earned the Right to Lead... You have Undertaken the Responsibility to take Charge and be willing to Lead... No Matter what.

To Lead is never to Question if You have the... Ability... The Knowledge... or even the God given Talent... A Leader is one that does so Unquestioning... because when You Question Your Own Authority is when Others Doubt You!... Leaders aren't Born to it... a Leader can be even the Simplest of Children... They Lead because they Believe they can...Usually with Undying Devotion to the Cause they Deem Right.

Leaders You see if not Capable...Will soon be taken out of Authority... because Others will fail to Follow them... Yes even in a Severe Dictatorship.

So Never Sell Your Self short till You Know You can't... Lead... Might Find if Drop Your Fears You May be a Leader Beyond anything You ever Believed...Also having Others Asking You to be the Leader...Try it Might like it.

Which now comes to Follow... Follow You say doesn't that mean You have become Subserviant... because not Leading?

The Answer is No!... Contrary to Popular Belief... No You haven't... The Reality is to Follow You have to be... Just as Smart as to Lead... The Reason is so that You know what is... Morally... and Ethically Right...When comes to knowing Your not being lead Blindly... into Something... You have No Control on.

The thing is... the Follow means to be in a Learning Mode or Situation... Whereby even a Kid as Previously said in Lead... can Teach You with their innocence that even You... the Smarter Person can Learn what have forgotten as a Youth

That Lesson is usually... You because have learned Fear... May let it Hold You Back... Whereby You want to Follow instead of Listening to Your True Meaning... which is to Lead.. whenever given the Opportunity... You unlike a Child unless taught it... has No Fear to Learn... thereby work with others to Accomplish the Task at Hand... Remember a Child does not Know Fear... Hate... or Prejudice unless shown it... So do Not Follow Blindly instead only do it when it is for the Good of All involved

Get Out of the Way!... Now Getting out of the Way is a Good One... You see if You can't truly Help a Team or an Idea then it is Best to Step aside... The Trick though is if Your just stepping back to clear an Easier way thats Wrong... but heres where the Child thing... Goes in Reverse... are You Hindering Others for Your Fears... then its Best to Get Out of the way...If Your Adding Advice in that does not Pertain to Matter at Hand... its Better to Step out of the Way
