Santa's Alive! 2004
Less Than 3 Weeks Left To Shop!
This week before we begin this JerSooz Ezine...We would like to say we hope you all had a good Thanksgiving Holiday and returned home safely.
Our 13 hour drive across 2 mountain passes went well the first time. It was our return trip home when we met sub-zero mountain temperatures pushed lower by southward arctic storm weather. Our engine block never did heat up which in turn kept the heater from working...lets just say if it was 50 degrees inside the Cherokee we'd be amazed...we froze!
Then lets say 300 miles driving in like 500 feet distance view...with tully fog and it being night...what a treat coming out of the Pacific Northwest Seattle...Great town that she is with the man Bill Gates living nearby
We know Bill is cashing in on the Big Ticket
Lets just say who Plays Outdoors in cold
We say bet you can get plenty of volunteers to stay inside MicrosoftYeah why all the great software
Lets say Hey Great Pacific Northwest the shivers, cold feet and an overall chill...led to flu-like symptoms when we got home
Lets says don't get Us wrong we had a Fantastic time...with all the Great Food!...seeing Family and Friends...The visit with Sooz Mom Darlene and her Dad Jim...Sooz dislikes the Step Dad thing and considers Jim a Real Dad...Playing Fantastic Host and Hostess...this trip was well worth it
Our Advice Next time we bring extra sleeping bags, blankets and more hot coffee!!
Darlene and Jim we might also add...are giving a lot of their valuable time to the senior center...Great Job...We're Proud of You
To Tam tell Erin...Linds had a good time...Plus thinks Your a Fantastic Aunt...to bad...the driving time and distances...plus Ferries fees We didn't get to spend more time...We'll someday try to make it up to both of You
You see this Thanksgiving is hopefully another chapter... where We All as LifeTime Friends will be out here next year again...plus many many more to come

Now, just a few words about our Special Holiday Activity which we participate in every year.
With less than 3 weeks to get all the Christmas shopping done there is still time to remember the less fortunate...kids in our world. We are talking about participating in the annual Toys For Tots Toy Run
This worldwide activity originated back in 1947 by a Marine Corps Reservist in L. A. California, to help needy children through the Christmas Holiday.
The popularity of this event has spread like widlfire amongst huge corporations to other sorts of clubs and groups such as the MMA (Modified Motorcycle Association. Please use the links here to check out and find a Toy Drive near you.

Proof that Santa's Alive in 2004!Yes it's time you see what Santa is really up to before he dawns his red velvet suit, puts his hair up and takes his journey around the world. Most of what we are used to seeing is the Santa Claus glam shots where he looks picture-perfect...every hair in place.
But it's not like that for Santa no no no....Santa works like crazy all year and as shown above in this special Santa-Cam shot is staying busy. He has so much paperwork to do making lists and checking them twice...It's a wonder he can even see at all any more!

Just think if everyone was well behaved, truthful, honest and truly thankful Santa would be way happier. Heck, instead of at his desk under piles of paperwork we would see him spending time with his good friend Frosty T. Snowman as shown in the picture below!
