This week before we start this weeks edition JerSooz Ezine would like to put in Our views of this Weeks Election...hopefully we can state this in a way...not to offend anyone.
Whatever your hopes were for the Election the votes have been tallied. George W. Bush Jr. is now again as stated the winner...going into his 2nd term as President.
Let the truth be known with this win...the United States showed its Voice...Plus also Discontent in Our Politics by showing up in Record Turnouts.
The Republican platform again fought for the War on Terrorism...Support of Our Troops both in Iraq and Afghanistan...Family Values...Plus the Belief in American Fortitude and Spirit.
The Democrats fought for the Changes to Our Policies regarding Iraq...Though promising to Hunt down those responsible for Terrorism on a hard line also...Plus Health care...Education...Worker and American Rights.
Both Parties fought a Gallant Battle to have their voices heard to a tune of over 600 Million U.S. dollars being spent...this Election showed Us the Great Divide within the USA...Regarding the War in Iraq and Afghanistan...Plus the overall view of American Politics and how it effects all U.S. citizens in regards to Economic values and how the World perceives us.
America Divided...Lets Work Together!
If you voted for Kerry follow his example...as he Gallantly and Proudly conceded the election...as He stepped away from the podium with dignity...stated in words...We as Americans should value...as Americans it is Our Responsibility to work with the President
If a Bush Supporter don't rub in the Bush win to the Kerry supporters...The voice of the Democrats was almost as loud with a 52 to 48 victory that is a mere margin...only proving more so the need for change in both Parties Politics.
This Election proved the American voice is saying...Yes we need Drastic Changes and this requires both Parties to work...so Americans can become as one...and not be divided.
We all need to work harder together...instead of building walls and fences that divide us...we should instead be building an infrastructure of open communication lines...plus be networking together...building bridges whereby...they fill in the lines that divide us...Let us remember the cliche
A Chain is only as Strong as its Weakest Link
We think it's important to continue to Support our Troops and their families together and join together to do all we can to help those who suffer due to the war in Iraq...Afghanistan...or other Oppressed Places in the World...The War on Terrorism should continue for all those who seek Freedom...this not a Mandate...this is an everyday Desire...for All People to be Free.
Let the Voice be Heard
List of Changes this Election taught The Americans:
- America should have a Precise Plan before Military Action is implimented.
All Diplomatic channels should be used first and not rushed into Blindly.
Clear Plan for Troop Implimentation...Plus Withdrawal Strategies.
- Better Intelligence should be obtained.
The Intelligence agencies should verify each other...plus have more open shared sources.
- Checks and Balances on Military Spending.
Troops should have all necessary Equipment...Body Armour...Weapons
Combat Pay...Family back home Support...Plus Money Support for Military in Field should be Optimized.
No Bids given to one Source Contractor...Our Troops require the Best Equipment.
- No Draft...Our Military should be Volunteer.
- Americans Need Better Health Care
Help for Seniors and Catastrophic Events
So as to not have all the money worked for taken away.
Prescriptions at a Fair Price
Affordable Health Care Plan for All Americans
- Better Education
Hiring of more Teachers...More Schools...Books....Computers...After School Programs.
- More Law Enforcement
Law Enforcement should be brought up to a Fair Ratio of Population to Police Quotas not reduced.
- Social Security should never be Privatized.
- Government Spending should have Checks and Balances
- Government should have Spending Limits Capped like its Citizens...so as not to write Checks for Money does not have...if does then those responsible should be criminally held accountable.
- American Jobs should not be Outsourced.
Small/Large Business should be given Tax incentives to Protect US Jobs.
- Fair and Equitable Taxes.
- The Deficit should be Paid down.
Our Children should not have to pay for Debts we incur today.
- Family Values...Family Rights Cherished.
The Rule of Thumb here is...if makes even You Squeemish...when even You are defending the value...maybe its time to change Your Attitude...Lets not try to change Values that were ingrained into us as youths or even later in life...because its on a Political agenda to change Our thinking...or ways we view others.
The above are merely some of the voices being shouted this election...maybe with this election as all others before Us if we only listened to the main topics and then worked to obtain these Goals...Bipartisan with both Parties...then America could maybe become not so Divided and instead become as One and Work together.
This Election...if not like any other Showed Us...Yes We do want Our Voice heard and We if anything else proved with Long lines going into the Voting booths... that Yes its now time to take action...and not sit on Our Thumbs but act now!
To Our Government We're saying Hey Mr./Mrs. Politician get Us riled enough and Guess what Your going to Lose Your Job.
To Our President remember the Job You do today...Your Party may be reflected upon the next election...You weren't given a Mandate...You were asked to Do Your Job...This Job is to do what is Best for America...not what may think is Your God Mandated Agenda...So do America Right and Help to Bring Our Troops home Safely and not Leave America Open to Terrorist Attacks because have not done Your Homework.
This includes All Politicians...Civic Leaders...People of Power...Look to the Values of Others around You then maybe You will know what American Spirit is all about.
America was built on the Spirit of Freedom...the Right to Free Speech...The Will to Fight for what is Right...never forget America is viewed as a World Leader so don't do things rashly... instead Lead as a Gallant Country...not as one that can be viewed as a Bully or a Overpowering Force that Oppresses Others Beliefs.
Terrorists thrive on Hate and Prejudices...this is how they recruit their followings...Don't let America be viewed in either of these lights...instead let Us be viewed as the Helping Hand that teaches others by example...that Freedom is a Spirit that is felt from the Heart and is nothing that is given by the use of Force...Plus We are willing to Sacrifice even Our own Lives...to let Freedom Ring...by Protecting those who seek it.

Last year we bought squirrell and bird feeders for our back yard.

This week Jer received an obvious PayPal scam email. When he reported it to PayPal he received the following instructions on what you should do when you get a PayPal scam email. Immediately get out of the email! Below is information you might want to copy and set aside just in case you need it.

If you have surrendered any personal or financial information to this fraudulent website, you should immediately log into your PayPal
Account and change your password and secret question and answer
information. Any compromised financial information should be reported to the
appropriate parties.
If you notice any unauthorized activity associated with your PayPal
transaction history, please immediately report this to PayPal by following the instructions below:
1. Log in to your account at PayPal by
entering your email address and password into the Member Log In box
2. Click on the Security Center at the bottom of the page
