JerSooz Team Reunited
It's been a Whirlwind of Activity here in the new place. We have an overabundance of new exciting eBusinesses, software, Self-Improvement Media and Energy abounding.
Our home and office are cluttered with boxes, new office equiptment, extra washer dryer freezers and refrigeraters. Everything is a mess, but this time I vow not to allow it to get to me. We're still trying to sell the old house so we can buy a new one so it will just have to stay this way for a while.
All Good Things In Their Own Good Time
See when I ran off in a huff to Start Over in my mind things had piled up so much that I felt I could Never Catch Up. I thought I was far behind what I expected of myself. There were new eBiz Opps, new educational Programs great new Kids stuff and the regular daily living to contend with, as usual. However, I thought the work was piling up on me out of control.
This was of course all imaginary. Can you believe that? Well, it's true. It was Me the entire time doubting myself and I allowed my own insecurities to keep me from fully believing in Myself, that I could easily do this.
Instead of taking the time to get organized, take a deep breath, appreciate the day and make a plan I told myself there was No Possible Way I could do it all! Instead of methodically addressing each project or campaign in the order of Importance as I ought to have I became more and more scattered, incapable of doing much of anything.
Of course I blamed Jer. This was way wrong of course, but at the time I didn't know that. From my own perspective there was too much I had to do and in too little time. I thought I was in over my head and Jer, being the Man took all the blame for it.
What Was The Big Hurry?
For no apparant reason I pressured myself to get a slew of things done without putting them in some sort of do-able order. The self-imposed rush only made it impossible to organize my time.
Another Factor Was, I Wasn't Taking Care of Myself.
If I had been listening to my Mom and other people who know me well I would have gone to the Dr. and asked for help with the physical condition. Hormone Replacement Treatment (HRT) is very commonly used these days to avoid extreme rollar-coaster-like suffering from 'The Change'. I resisted these suggestions because I didn't think it was Natural to have to take a pill every day just because my body was going through a Normal Hormonal Imbalance.
Why Suffer?
I think if I had listened to their good advice and gone to the Dr. to balance my body & mind much of the emotional outbursts, impatience and completely insane thinking may have been avoided. I Know the hot flashes would have been supressed, for one, and let me tell you, if you have not experienced these you have no idea what discomfort is!
So, Ladies, Friends of Ladies and Family, listen to Me when I suggest the following things to help you avoid a Run Run situation. You might be glad you did!
- Give Yourself Time To Be Organized
Rome wasn't built in a Day!
- Methodically Address/Organize each Project
- Slow Down, There's No Hurry
- Listen to Others Who Might Be Able To Help (family & friends)
- Take Care Of Yourself
If you dont take care of yourself you wont be capable of helping anyone else.
