This Weeks Topic is Labor_Day '04. In the United States the Holiday is observed Monday, September 6th.
Not only is this Holiday known for Parades, Bar B Que's, Annual Camping trips, Family Relaxation/recreation, it earmarks the end of Summer.
Yes, it's time to get out and celebrate by heading to the campground, resort or back yard with Family & Friends! This is the last chance to enjoy our favorite Summer activity this Year!
We suggest, if you have fond memories of doing something fun over this Holiday as a kid, give your kids the same experiences. Share your Traditions with them and possibly others who have never celebrated like you or can not afford to.
If you have not yet created an activity to do for fun this Holiday design your own Labor Day Tradition!
Now's a great time to start an annual activity with your family, or group of friends that will be something everyone will really look forward to Year After Year.

History of Labor Day
According to written history Labor Day was first celebrated in New York City Tuesday, September 5, 1882
As a way to show appreciation for labor and eventually, labor Unions, the A.F.L. (American Federation of Labor) devoted this day as a Holiday to celebrate the progress and achievment of American Workers in building the beginnings of our country.
The Labor Day Holiday was designed to be a tribute to the working people who, through the sweat of their brow and strength in their backs did the actual work involved to put the beginnings of this country together. Thus, it is called the Workingmen's Holiday.

Labor Unions & Labor Day
Traditionally, Labor Day is a time Labor Unions hold their annual Rally's and Union Picnic's.
The topics of the Union Speakers at these gatherings encourage Solidarity among All Workers and All trades to Unite, support each other, and continue to keep the standards of our workforce high enough to stay ahead of inflation.
Union Organizers and Leaders often choose this time to reiterate the benefits of being Union reminding members (and non-members) why the Labor Unions were formed in the first place; to protect and support the worker, provide decent, safe working conditions, reasonable wages, medical and retirement benefits.
Unions also represent the members (worker) in negotiations when differences with an employer occur on or off the job.
If you have ever been treated unfairly, and/or felt powerless in an employment situation with an employer you will understand the value of this.

The Big Hoopla the past few Months...has been the rolling out of the New XP Service Pack 2
Well Microsofts Windows XP Service Pack 2 is finally here...rolling out last week with what they call Push Technology...whereby if have been using Our Windows Update Info...Microsoft Windows Updates...using the Express Install...you have been already notified of its availability
We at JerSooz Ezine have found...that though its scary to think updating Your Computer to this Service Pack 2...may seem like an undaunting task...being if use a Slow Dial up connection it is 92 Megs and will take most of the night...plus after installed another security update for...( Microsoft Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 )...this used for Microsoft access and say Passwords for Hotmail or all Microsoft Sites of 10.2 Megs will also be needed...Gee an update for an update already for New XP Service Pack 2...it is very beneficial

Remember, when you go down the list of possible things to clean or delete after the scan use much caution in reading about the unwanted item(s). Make sure it is truly something that needs to be removed and not a working part of your system.
As you look at the list you might see items that look out of place, wrong letters, numbers and the like. They probably are, but not to repeat too much Be Careful!

What both of these Companies are saying is Please be careful to watch for Emails saying
Urgent Your Request is immediately needed
Both Companies state that the Emails sent will when opened look so closely like their Own Real sites that unless pay very close attention you can be duped into giving Hackers and Identity Thieves Information that can wreak havoc on Your Finances
They also warn do not ever give out Your Password they will never ask for this information and is not their practice to contact you regarding issues in Emails
They both say always when opening a Site that says them...You check both it and their real one to see if match...if not stop there and report it immediately
The Next step if have inadvertantly opened it because thought replying to it being urgent...look to usually lower section of your computer called Task Bar and see if see what looks like a Closed Lock or if Address has HTTPSthis if not aware means this is a Secured site and registered to them
If You do not see HTTPS Then immediately go to real site if have an account and change Your Password to them
This way if do it right then...can usually stop any Transactions the Sender of these Fake sites
Also Do Not ever give a Credit Card Number Social Security Password or Even Secret Question to any site You do not Know if Correct
