1. You will see your computer screen divided into two sections.
   It will look like this: Your computer drives; Desktop, A, C, Recycle, etc. are on the left hand side...or called Your Folders side
   The Files in the specific drive that is highlighted will show on the right hand side.
   So, if you have drive C highlighted on the left, it's contents will show on the right side of your screen
   
   If You do not see C Drive look for My Computer
   clicking it then will show all Your Harddrives...
   CD...DVD Record/Players...Plus Printers
   Plus more inportantly Your Network Places
   
   
2. Select C by clicking on it in the left side of your screen to highlight it
   Look down the list below C if it is not opened up you will see a + sign next to Local Disk (C).
   Open it by clicking the + sign if it is not open already.
3. Select Documents and Settings.
   
   Again, you are good if you see a - sign...You will be able to see Folders...The Minus Key...- Also closes these Folders
   
   If see a + sign you need to click to open it...To see the Folders on C or the other things shows you...Such as other Drives... and things on Your Computer...now do the next
   The Light Blue are Tasks asking you to do...and tell you what to click
   
   
4. Click your User Name
   Make sure this is open by checking for the - sign next to your name.
5. Click YourLocal Settings
   Open it by clicking on the + next to the word Local Settings
6. When Opens now You will see four things to the right hand window
   Application Data
   History
   Temp
   Temporary Internet Files
   
7. Click theTemporary Internet Files
   When you look to the right side of your screen you might see a lot of folders and things that look like, say www.somename.com, a date, and maybe a GIF image
   The folders might even say tracking cookie
   Don't be alarmed if there are lots of them!
8. Select one of the items by clicking on it...Make sure your on right side of MSN Explorer
9. Now use Both of these Keys together CtrlKey + A Key...this action is telling Computer to Select All
   You can do this another way, by Clicking on one and using the under Your Edit Option Tab at the top of Your MSN Explorer or on the Menu Bar then...Select All.
10. When all are Highlighted then click theDelete Key...this will Delete them all saving you time using the Delete Key on your keyboard, or in the Delete in Your Edit Menu...then Delete All
    
    Don't worry it will put up a warning asking if Your sure want to Delete then you can say Yes or No...So Choose Wisely... if not sure what doing say...No
    
    Because this Fast Tip is Great...just don't try this...in anything but Temporary Files or where told its Safe to Delete All Files
    
    If You don't understand then Our Suggestion is...Begin these instructions over again...till find how really Simple this is to do
    
    Plus be extremely careful or will see how fast can get into Trouble... Deleting things before reading what truly needed for ...Your Possibly endangering Your Computer not to run so use once again Extreme Caution
    
    Moving on to Deleting History
    
11. Click History on the left side of your screen
12. It will show a folder named Today on the right hand side of your screen...You may possibly have more...but we only do Ours Daily and will show the Day
    
    We Personally have our History to show for only one Day this is done in
    MSN Internet Explorer under Toolsthen Internet Options then set your History...to 1 Day...yet another Trick to do
    Staying with MSN Explorer though...
    This is your History which shows where you have been cruising.
    
13. Click Today on the left side to open it's contents onto the right hand side of your screen.
14. Click on one of the items in the right hand side...then Use Ctrl Key + A Key on your keyboard to once again make it do a...Select All...action of them
15. When all the items are highlighted on the right hand side now click Your...Delete Key...to get Rid of them.
16. Close and re-start your computer
    You have just cleared temporary internet files, Cookies and history!

My Computer Seems to be Slowing Down Lately

Simple work arounds

• Lower Right Corner...Right Mouse click on Things not using then shut them down
  
• Go to like ZDnet or Download with Links we provide
  Go into Software...Internet...Utilities and get what call Ram or Memory Boosters they will tweak Your settings so run faster
  
• Check for Internet Connection Booster Software
  Again ZDnet.com...Download.com...or even the FreeSite
  
• Buy More Memory and install it Yourself
  Oh No its really simple and can do it Yourself even
  All You have to do on a PC is learn how to Open Side of Your Computer
  (of Course when Shut Off Power Cord Pulled)
  Then simply look for 1 or 2 or more long thin strips...that usually have flip switches to hold in
  Flip them down and the Chip will Pop up and can remove
  (Caution though either ground Yourself or Touch metal so discharge any static may have from walking say across carpet)
  Then simply find a Computer store with Info will see on Memory chip and buy what chip or chips needed Older machines require buy in Pairs
  Then come home and carefully put Old one back in with the New One...This is very easy to do and will save you about $50 for what takes about 5 minutes or less to remove and put back in once You have them
  (The Chips when properly Seated will cause the Flip switches to go back into up Position and usally only one way to put them in)
  Now Your Set to go...and now when start Your Computer and see it Happily running know You did it
