Coping with HeatThis Week We're into the Heat of Summer here... We went 6 days straight in the Triple Digits... can We say Whoa Nellie Bell Sure is a Scorcher
Sooz the Poor baby had No Idea got to move around slower otherwise can get a bit of the Heat Stroke Blues...Only thing can do is Drink a lot of Fluids and stay out of the Sun as much as Possible
Another Great few Tricks is Drink Quinine Water with Lime for Vitamins and the Quinine if didn't know like in Tropical Climates helps retain some Liquids also
Now for the Great Sunburns best thing to take away the Sting... is a Old Remedy but works quite well... thats about a Cup of White Vinegar to a Tubful of water...its Cheap by the Gallon and also usually makes it if do it soon after burn keeps You from Peeling...Just have to put up with the remarks... "You smell like a Big Salad."
