Who has not EVER lost their direction at one time or another?
You know the old saying "If you have never Made a Mistake then You have never tried Anything New"
We all have lost direction or fallen out of Sight of our Dreams and Goals at one time or Another
Face it! This Is part of Life!
What is important is What We DO to ...Get and Stay On Track , Make sure our Goals are Clear and DO-Able
Here is a sort of Plan...A List... to Stay or get more On Track
Breaking Barriers
View the way You look at things. Know how a lot of times you look, and until Way later do not realize that there were Blind Spots? Try changing the way you think so you can see things
you never saw before.
This will help You Reach Your Full potential.
Search For The Truth
Everybody has a belief about how they are, and we act according
to these beliefs until we change them. Learn where these beliefs
came from and how they might be limiting Your growth

The set of beliefs you have about yourself, or your self image
controls what you do. See how Your Mind works so that you
always act the way you think you should. You will learn that this
reality is really only Your Perception or Version of the Truth.

- Compare Your thoughts to others, especially about things You Do or think
- Talk to Yourself In the Mirror from time to Time
Perception And Beliefs
Do You live Your life according to Your Beliefs? These beliefs not only control how we perceive things,
but also cause us constantly to question ourselves as to whether
we are about to, or have done the right thing.
Self Talk
What are Your Self Talk Patterns? Examine your thought patterns in detail in order to show that you
build and modify your own self image with your own self talk. - We
use words that trigger pictures which bring about feelings and
emotion.
- Learn that your subconscious does not know the
difference between an actual experience and one that is
imagined.

What is the Importance of your Thinking? Remember, the
Way we Talk to Ourselves Reinforces our Self Image- good or bad.
This in turn controls our performance, or how we act. We need to
Learn to make this cycle positive to Develop our Potential - Think well of ourselves

By doing these things we Really Can Raise our self
esteem. This will allow us to go for a better life.
Comfort Zones
Our self image directly affects our comfort zones. When we can not think and act as we normally do...we can begin
Feeling out of place. This can cause us to go back to where we feel more
comfortable. Sometimes this can be dangerous to our progress. Discover Your Own self image and how it regulates the risks You take and ways You can go comfortably into new and different
situations.
Continually Set New Goals
One of the main parts and functions of our thought process is the Creative, Goal-Setting we do. Our continual Goal Setting helps us to - resolve conflict
- create drive and energy as we set new goals.
