Have you ever asked yourself what Gold Medalists did to achieve such high awards? What do they have that I don't?

We know they have great talent,strength, endurance, but what is the one main thing they all have in common that got them there?

Commitment!
At some point every Gold Medal winner committed to doing whatever it took, if at all humanly possible, to win that Gold!
Commit to Achieve Your Dreams/Goals

When you decide, this is it! I really am going to do this, I am going to achieve this, whether its merely an idea to,create,plan or even design an idea in your head
Live it-Breathe it-Become it

Then as the previous statement is an old cliche by most peoples standards but it truly works and it also says, you have made a commitment then you must commit to it, no matter what, then you will truly be on the road to Success.

Attitude makes the difference
Using a Positive Mindset is the true answer
The Road to Success is a Positive one

See, as we always say it is all about your attitude, whether you achieve your dreams or you fail at anything you do

If you have a positive attitude and approach life or any of your projects,dreams,plans, or wishes positively, your chances of winning are doubled.

When you commit to achieving this dream or goal you are really, over half way there.

When you activate your positive attitude you are changing the way you think to suit your dreams. You are also conditioning yourself to believe you actually can do this...and will!

Act Decisively in all you do

It is important to keep this in mind, act on it, and do your best at all times to continue proving it to yourself, and other people that whatever you are shooting for is going to be a reality

Do your family and close friends know you would do almost anything to help them?

Take for instance a girl who is riding a bike for the first time. as you are steadying the bike you say

"I will be here in case you start to fall"

Though we know through experience you won't need to be there holding the bike for long

You are instead Positively setting the example, as You reinforce the things you were taught hopefully when you learned to ride a bike

"Just stay balanced, Sally and look ahead, not down and you can pedal all the way to the end of the driveway. I know you can do it!".

Sally is going to
Feel secure knowing you are going to be there if she needs your help
Believe she won't need your help for long
Commit to riding the bike to the end of the driveway because she believes she can do it.

Use Mistakes As Learning Tools

Forget the should have,could have,would haves or even the ought to have and only-if's!

The more you focus on things you can't do anything about, especially negative things... the worse your attitude gets. You not only reminding yourself of your mistakes, you are programming yourself for failure with negative self-talk.

This does not condone totally forgetting about mistakes...mistakes are truly how we grow, this method is called trial and error

We are reminded of a now famous statement,that surely said it all

"Anyone who declares they never made a mistake...have truly failed themselves...because they never took a chance to accomplish something they dreamed, for fear alone of being wrong"

The story of Chicken Little and the Sky is falling is a good example of how we can have others repeatly reminding us of our mistakes...makes us get down with negativity towards that person

You! You! You just stop that I don't want to hear this...then instead of learning why...they are saying it...you instead shut that person out

Wow you let anger rise to the occasion and before you know it...might as well be having your hands over your ears...this anger keeps you from learning from this lesson...also it clouds your thought...show Us the Hand...that definantly will raise us up...to knowing your truly not listening...however cute you may...or might not...think it is

Learn the Art of Listening

The better approach is to focus on the lesson you learned by this mistake, oversight, or wrong decision, and how it can help your friends and or family members...but most importantly you...because you can be the Don't Do this because it...does that...and then you have this scenario

The Fact of the matter is Family Members always remember you with the Last impression left them with...so if acted like a total looney the last time...expect them to lead off with this...Yes Folks thats called learn from your mistakes and lead with a Positive foot instead of No! No! No! not going to listen

The true lesson in life especially with Family members is they are trying to help you...but if You listen closely People will honestly reveal their true selves so listen closely

We are astonished at the News and Photo's about how Prisoners have been Mistreated by our US Soldiers

The Pictures viewed is unnacceptable and even though it is a minute portion of the US Forces involved...it stands out like a Sore Thumb...a Black Eye for our US Military Forces

The true meaning is... the mere few who have abused or humiliated Prisoners have put Our Troops in Danger...as well as tarnished the American Symbol of Freedom

Hopefully, in the future our Military branches will have more thorough Training and be under more Qualified Supervision...that will impliment changes...in a more forthright manner for Checks and Balances

To which we would like to add if the Guards and supposed Intelligence Agencies whose explanation was

"We were ordered to do this to Soften the Target
So could get willing information"

Our question is this one...whatever happened to the way the USA and American Citizens used to live by with this Credo

Treat Others...as You Yourself Want to be Treated?

Gee the Golden Rule doesn't apply any more?...maybe even with the help of the 10 Commandments and the Old Pride of being American should be taught also.

Have we stooped to the Torture...Other Brave Americans fought against...such as in Germany World War II to stop not only Hitler but also Dr Joseph Mengele The Angel of Death

For those who say the Prisoners were only being treated...as they treated their Prisoners and were giving them a Taste of their Own Medicine

The question we ask...if a Foreign Country was to be Occupying Our Country would you like to have Your Family member go through this?

Better question is...are We as a majority of the World saying...Truely a...Ignorant...Arrogant...Capitalistic Society...that we can do anything to any Country and merely by a simple apology going to just dismiss it as

No Dear Folks, what is Good for the Goose...is Good for the Gander...does not go here.

No matter how many of Our Poor Soldiers might lose lives by others Torture...mainly again the few Terrorists...by copying their techniques

This only means...We as an American Society...are only adding more fuel to the fire...being we're acting like them

You see this is the Ultimate Goal of a Terrorist organization...as they want you to be like them...now they even have Pictures and Video to say

"See the Americans are the True Terrorists"

Whereby they can stir the Coals of Resentment...then go about to cause Civil unrest amongst the ignorant...less educated populations...so as to recruit them

Which so far with Retaliation against Our Troops so far...this point is proved to be 100% correct as only a Terrorist way of thinking works.

Apologies to Prisoners are Pointless...they have already been humiliated...instead We must work to insure this never happens

To not work to end this only will show We're taking a Baseball Bat to a Fair Fight and only the Unprotected will suffer.

Now is this a Good thing to teach...Our Own Children or others throughout the World?

Americans are nothing but Ignorant...Capitalistic...Opportunists...who abuse the Citizens of the Countries they are in

Not in Our Book and Hopefully not in Yours either.
