This Weeks Topic
Special Days
This Week was a very exciting week for Us... 1st there was Easter this Past Sunday.
Then came Sooz Birthday the 24th...Poor Baby that Young Chicky Babe is getting Older...and Poor Baby was really overwhelmed with All the Email Post Cards and B-Day wishes that were sent...Thanks Everybody is not enough to say says Sooz... because she was totally Blown Away thinking that many People knew was her Special Day
Talking Birthdays Lindsey her Daughter is Tomorrow the 26th... Yeah a Skating Party with a few friends then Cake and Ice Cream later.
This coming week will come Jer's Daughter Kristi's Big 30th one on the 29th.
Whereby then comes the Sad News... Last Friday Jer's Sister Vonna in Oklahoma...Foster Mom Mrs Daisy Brown Passed away... Daisy was truly like Jer's 2nd Foster Mom...She was a Neat Lady and Loved Dearly...Good News! Daisy though Happily lived a Long Life so will always be Remembered in Our Hearts...Those who Pass before Us will Live on... by Remembering them for all the Good Things they did...So Daisy Your Life will be remembered...Best Wishes and say Hi to God for Us!
Which now brings Us to Topic of the Week Special Days and why they are Important.
What are Special Days?...Why are they Important?
Special Days are Days that should be Always Remembered and Traditions Honored...You see its like the Rudder on a Ship if You don't have a Steering Method... then You will always be adrift on this Earth as a Ship Bobbing meaningless in the Sea...with No way to Steer Your Life.
This is why its Important You Remember and Honor Special Days.
Here are some of the Special Days- Holidays Christmas...New Years...Easter...Memorial Day...4th of July if American...Your Nations Freedom day elsewhere...All Holidays remembering Veterans because without their Sacrifice Especially in USA and other Places People would not have their Freedom...Then comes Thanksgiving and other Special days You should take to say Thank You.
- Then come the Days that make People feel Special... Birthdays...Graduations...Special Achievement Awards...Making the Special Awards for... Reading Books...Making Good Grades...Helping Someone...Good Citizenship... You can even Just call it a "For Being the The Special Person You are Day Award."
- Other Days should remember...Wedding Dates...Funeral Passing Dates (People Live on in Our Hearts so Please Remember them not as Sad but Days to Remember them with Joy so they may Live on)...Events such as 9-11... Pearl Harbor...So Atrocities of War will make Us think more towards means of Peace...also will give Us strength to stand up against Aggressors or Terrorists if the time dictates such actions.
You see for You to feel Special or for You to make Others feel Special... You should always take time even from a Hectic Day to say... Thank You to Others...and sometimes even merely Yourself... Give Yourself a Pat on the back for a Special day.
So just a Word of Advice... Learn the Special Days of the People You Love or Hold dear in Your Heart
We are constantly amazed how many People don't even know their Parents or close Family Birthdays...Thats pretty funny when come to think about it because they can tell You usually when they had a Bad day with that Person... whereas if maybe had remembered their Special Day instead who knows how life may have changed.
So Please try to Remember We all are Special and You most Importantly have the Ways...Means and Methods to not only Change Your Life but also those in Your Life by Living by Example... Never be afraid to extend a Helping Hand or even merely a Word of Encouragement...Everyday try to Make not Only Your Day but others around You... Make it a Special Day.
