Make someone Elses Day by lending a Helping Hand!

When you remember your favorite days in life how many of them were comprised of events where you helped someone else out?

Bet when you take a closer look
you took a little extra time on many of those days to help other people

It doesn't necessarily have to be a person who has great needs,
or a family member to fill this bill.

You may recall something as simple as helping a child
learn to tie their shoe, or carry a big package.

Your experience can easily range from the simple act of kindness
to an event as intense and serious as helping someone avoid life-threatening danger

You see, regardless of how small or big your actions in helping someone else may seem to be,
every effort to help another human being makes a difference.

It is not the result either, that is important. What means the most is that you actually lent a helping hand

When you have compassion enough to help another human being you are giving something of yourself that is priceless.

The More You Give the Better You Feel

It's true! When you help someone else you immediately feel better about yourself!

The good thing about giving is it sets a ball rolling, a forward movement of positives that can easily become a huge movement in a positive direction

And, the person you help today will remember your kindness and most likely help someone else own the road

Jer's daughter Kristi is President of NOCC's Sacramento division

NOCC Stands for National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.

After a close family member passed on due to ovarian cancer Kristi, Jer's daughter felt compelled to fulfill one of the wishes (of her Aunt) to make a difference in others who still suffer this horrible condition

Aloha

I need your prayers today!

My daughter, Susan Paquet was involved in an accident that has left
her son (my grandson) in a coma and they say he has brain and nerve damage.

Susie has a fractured hip, ribs and a lot of broken bones.
But I know the part that hurts the most is her heart.
Mikey, her son is her best friend and he is in extremely critical condition.

I know in my heart that if everyone could just see a perfectly fine
14 year old boy just waking up in St. Vincent De Paul Hospital in Green Bay,
then he WILL pull out of this...maybe even in time for his 15th birthday coming next month!

I thank everyone who will join me in saying Mahalo Ke Akua...
thank you God for restoring our boy!

Please also say a prayer for the girl (only 21 years old)
that lost control of her car for she died at the scene.
Please pray for her family as they must be devestated.
