When you have had, or are having a day riddled with unfortunate events it is up to You to make...or break the cycle

This is where a positive attitude comes to play

It is up to You, and only You to decide what you can do to take action to turn it around

It is time to Change Your Attitude, Change Your Life!

We can't say it enough! If we sound like a broken record the reason is this actually works and we have proof!

Like Mom used to say "chin up, it can always get worse!"
And it could get worse...a lot worse if you allow it to! So start ASAP before it has the snowball effect

Listen to the people around you when they say you are going downhill or look like something is wrong
(Take another look at the top pic', could this be you?)

Remember, They are saying it to Help You even though you might not think so at the time

If they didn't care you might not have heard a peep from them

Ever had 'One of Those Days'?

Don't worry, there is Hope when you are having a day where Everything seems to be going Wrong

Everyone at some time or another has a day where nothing seems to be going right

You know, the kind of day where as the day goes on it just keeps getting worse?

This is a day where your plans are dashed time and time again by unforseen circumstances, and everything you do compounds the situation.

You know, like Murphy's Law states, "If Something Can Go Wrong It Will"

Well, Relax! You are not alone. If you are a member of the Human Race you are going to have these days. And contrary to what you might think at the time there are things you can do to change the path you seem to be headed.

Here we have listed a few ideas to use for immediate first aid to change your status quo

Start Your Day Over

It might sound like a simplistic notion but the act of starting your day over is like a resolve...a decision to begin your day over as if starting it new
This way you can give yourself a fresh start- a new beginning and whatever went wrong won't even be a part of your New Day

Check In with A Loved One or
Good Friend Just to say Hi

There are special people in your life who would love to hear from you out of the blue
If even just to say hello and hope all is well you might brighten someones day by giving them a telephone call and yes, telling them you were thinking about them!

Take a Walk

A walk, some exercize can really refresh you!
Fresh air and different scenery can help turn a bad day around in a matter of minutes
Try it!

Spoil A Pet

Who loves you more than your family pet(s)!
If you want to get the quickest return on your affection give your pet a treat or special toy.

Do a Chore

The benefits of this go without mentioning
Give a sigh of relief after you tidy up the utility room or take out your recycling- You Will feel better!

Plan a Shopping Trip

You might not have the cash to go on a shopping spree but it is always a good break in your day to make your wish list
Take a look at the weekly sales ads and plan your next shopping adventure

Relax

Get rid of any tension you have
Take a hot bath, use a back massager, or just relax as if you have all the time in the world
Let your mind go blank and enjoy doing absolutely nothing
Oops! Might want to have a timer so you don't "rest" too long!

I need your prayers today!

My daughter, Susan Paquet was involved in an accident that has left her son (my grandson) in a coma and they say he has brain and nerve damage.

Susie has a fractured hip, ribs and a lot of broken bones. But I know the part that hurts the most is her heart. Mikey, her son is her best friend and he is in extremely critical condition.

I know in my heart that if everyone could just see a perfectly fine 14 year old boy just waking up in St. Vincent De Paul Hospital in Green Bay, then he WILL pull out of this...maybe even in time for his 15th birthday coming next month!

I thank everyone who will join me in saying Mahalo Ke Akua...thank you God for restoring our boy!

Please also say a prayer for the girl (only 21 years old) that lost control of her car for she died at the scene. Please pray for her family as they must be devestated.
