Wednesday February 2nd, Presidents State Of The Union Address
President Bush delivered The State Of The Union Address with a sunny outlook and Positive Disposition.
He showed strong encouragement for Supporting our Troops and the elections in Iraq.
One main issue he spoke about was a request for help on solving the Social Security Situation in America.
President Bush States He Wants
an Open Line Of Communication on Social Security Dillema
His suggestion was to set up a secondary plan which would give people more control over their money, where they would be able to borrow against it in a case of emergency or to help kids with college.
This would consist of investing in Higher Yielding Stocks and Mutual Funds.
Our question is what will these people do when they retire and have already spent the money or borrowed against it?
We wonder if this might not be smart way to go. The fear that this could have a similar result as the 401K program previously tried by many unions (one of which was the Telecommunications Industry AT & T as an Example). When the stocks went down their 401K were nearly wiped out and people lost all their money.
We also wonder Who is going to control this money? This is a pretty big number when You think about it. Up to 4% of earned income will be handled by Who? Would it be handled by The Government or a Private Corporation?
Another fear is even though its not been implimented there's a possibility users of this may be penalized if they choose not to use this new option.

As members of the Human Race we all have one thing in common. Life and how we deal with it- Our Attitude. For each of us there are things we really don't have much control over. These setbacks, whether they are in our personal or professional lives (or both), they can easily ruin our dreams for success ... but only if we let them.
JerSooz says that our Happiness and Success don't depend on the problems we face but more on how we respond to them.
Ever noticed how some people you know not only survive but also come out of a severe personal crisis incredibly stronger and more capable than others would?
Research proves us Humans are a lot more similar than most of us want to admit. But there is one little difference that will usually makes a huge difference in all of us, and that little difference is our attitude.
It is so important to have an “I can do it” attitude because this is the key to bouncing back and staying strong. Our attitude alone gives us the power to travel the bumps in our roads in life. No matter what the bump, a positive attitude allows each of us as individuals to keep moving on in a positive, forward direction when life has dealt us difficult situations.
Some of the situations we are talking about are the death of a loved one, serious or chronic illness, financial losses or all of these at the same time. It is a learned process to know how to bounce back and have the ability to transform Your most difficult times into positive experiences. It is possible, anyone can do it, but You have to have courage and determination. For some this comes easier than others but start by believing You too can do it!
Attitude Can Make The Difference
An incredible thing about Attitudes is it can become an illuminating and energizing quality that it is completely within your control. You are responsible for how you react to disappointments and what you allow to influence your life. We all have a choice as to what our attitude is going to be each day. We can't change the past, or the inevitable but we can change our attitudes.
Focus & Build on the Positives
With a positive outlook you allow yourself to stand up and take control of your life. It is true that when have a traumatic event, a person will at first grieve the loss and may even go into "hiding" for a while. However being resilient like the Buddist saying Be Like A Tree In A Flood if it bends with the Flowing Waters it won't Snap it still remains the tree.
Staying Positive and Determined makes it far easier to move forward. The example we use here is, even Though You Might be taking Two Steps Forward and One Step Back, wouldn't you agree that, You are Still Moving in a Forward Direction?
The issue here is if You look at the Life on the Positive side then doesn't it make sense, It will make the transition and even seeking support if you need it easier too! Then you will find as time passes by using resilient mannerisms, like a red rubber ball- you will bounce back faster and more determined then ever! This way transforming a traumatic or tragic event into a positive experience will be easier.
Here's four steps in doing this. - Build Faith in Yourself
Set a Goal that's Obtainable then set out to Do It - Find Inner Peace Within Yourself
Yes Friend this is Your Happy Spot in Mind
Just but don't dwell in your mind too long!Believe in Your Own Resilience (ability to bounce back).
Think of life not as Problems Instead it's merely ChallengesBelieve in The Power of Your Own Determination.
Don't listen to the Negativity of Others! If You Make a Dream make it a Reality
In a Nutshell You Need to be Optimistic, by being Optimistic You can Accept Negative Events Without Letting Them Destroy Your Dreams.
Your ability to bounce back depends on creating the life You want. Surround Yourself with Positive Forces. When You build up Your Self-Esteem you can recover more quickly from the difficult times.
Learn Lessons From Your Misfortunes
Remember always the saying...When the Going Gets Tough...The Tough Get Going
Though the saying sometimes is true, Life Deals You a Bad Hand of Cards sometimes, remember that over time You are going to learn from the experience
Do Your best to not worry about it because we all know worrying only makes it seem worse.
How do I do this? You might ask.
Thats it! Keep in mind worry can become so bad it alone can create anxiety and even illness so do yourself a favor, learn how to replace Your worries with hope for Your own health, if nothing else!

This Election is not a Win for George W Bush Jr or even Our Military Troops or the People of Iraq...and No the Positive outcome of Less Destruction on Election Day does not signify this will be a Positive Tradition
History ittself proves this...with the many Countries who have implimented New Governments only to see them Fall away in their Own Destruction as Powers to be had...In fighting and in some cases not all the Regimes or Powers that came in were not all that great...some even more Corrupt then those Replacing them
Freedom is Not Given its Earned by the People
