Our Answer? if using Windows XP is go down Lower Left then ...Start...then go into ...Programs...go into ...Accessories...then go ...System Tools...then You will see the ...System Restore...

Now as said if using XP You now can find the Restore Feature...Practice this till You get it

If you have a CD Burner learn how to Use this Feature to burn CD's of all Your Important Files or Folders

The Following are Items should Have

All Your Email Accounts
All Your Registration Information
Software Information Version Windows
Accounts User/Password
Software Registration Coding
Instant Communications ID...ICQ etc

The thing is this information may seem all Scary and a bit too much! But, if learn to use Your Notepad it's very simple to do and You can even back this up to Your Floppy Drive, or Jot them down by hand
So have...as We said a CD Burner is the Best and they aren't really that expensive; now usually less then $50 in USA

In a nutshell This exploit issues a "Refresh" command, and can bypass the cross-domain security model which is designed to prevent code in one domain from accessing data in a different domain.

This can easily cause problems whether done on purpose or happens by mistake. Your computer is vulnerable because all you have to do to contract this virus is visit a website which infected.

It can be that the owner of the website is unaware that this code is even on their website, so it is not necessarily 'malicious' every time this virus is contracted.

MacAfee advises, "All vulnerable systems should apply the patch from Microsoft. Patched systems are immune from the effects of the exploit code. However, detection will still occur on files attempting to make use of this exploit."

This virus attacks certain versions of Internet Explorer when they view a webpage that has this malicious javascript code.
