Before we begin this weeks topic we have to say a few words about the picture above and our thoughts.
Many countries around the world are reaching deep into their pockets to help South East Asia after the Earthquake of 9.0 on Sunday December 26. This Earthquake was the result of 2 plates shifting about 60 feet 100 miles from the western coast of Indonesia's Sumatra island.
The force of the earthquake triggered massive Tsunamis that struck the coasts of the Indian Ocean, and is claimed to be the Deadliest Tsunamis in recorded history.
This week Colin Powell and President Bush's Brother Jeb toured the sites of the most Hardest hit...and in their words it is the worst thing have ever seen in Life
The Words Described were, that it is unimaginable to see where masses of trees used to be to see nothing...them and even towns...cars...houses and buildings swept away in its path...To view the White spots imbedded into Mountain sides...that show how high the waves went...not to mention the countless numbers in Loss of Life over 140,000 known
JerSooz Ezine say...its very Humbling for those who have seen the devastation...The words and descriptions will never describe the 1st hand eye view accounts...and even to those who have seen it...they will tell You its undescribeable
Lets just say if heard of the Tsunami seen the Pictures the Video's...then to hear these statements In these terms what else can You do...but say a Silent Prayer for those perished and those who survived
The Rebuilding is Overwhelming
Lets at JerSooz Ezine say...When they say it will be a Decade of Cleanup or more...this will call for Funding for this alone
Plus then Funds for Food/Clothing/Housing for the Millions Displaced from their Homes will be needed
The costs will be astronomical but if the World pulls together...We will find with the proper spirit...what seems impossible now...we will overcome and rebuild...but as mentioned funding will be needed
More Money/Food/Clothing sent then all other Disasters of 2004 combined
This Dear Friends shows People really do care...and even with others perpretating frauds and scams...Money is being sent from all over the World
The following is just a mere list of the Funds sent from other Nations...like a Whose Who... in leading with amounts of aid to the devastated area
Australia is said to be leading the rest of the world having pledged a whopping $810 million. Germany is the second largest donater of aid then Japan followed by the United States
Simply put this is not to undermind the Effort by Money Figures alone or give cadence to Your country isn't giving enough...these are just Governmental Monies shown
When You take into account the Military Presence sent... the Aircraft...Ships..the Motor Vehicles provided...The Volunteers sent...Plus the outpour of Human Kindness Donations from People all over the World...the List really doesn't show what is ultimately the World helping
Your Prayers are Needed
The thing is in times of Need...Money and other Essentials always come...sometimes not in amounts required or with the speediness others feel is appropriate...This is just as Life sometimes dictates
The thing is sometimes Money and other essentials are not enough...because for those that actually are part of a Disaster they have Broken Spirits...they feel Helpless and Left Alone...often feelings of Depression set in
