Open Eudora with Desktop Icon will see a Big Box Area and Just Below it Tabs... 2 File Trays.. a Folder with Magnifying Glass... a Pen... Mail Envelope... and Last a Tab of 2 People... Click on the 2 People one... You will see the Information in Big Box Changes.(These are Your Mail Accounts).

2nd Step now You Right Click in that Big Area

Yes Right Click!... "this is...Right Mouse Button Your What can I do here Mouse Feature...or Options"... Your Left is... Ok I want to do this Button.

Ok Now when Right Clicked You will see on the List... New... Open that

Now the New Account Wizard Shows... now You Check the Circle says...Create a Brand New Email Account... then Click Next

Ok Now it Pops Open to the box Personality Name... Ok Now lets say We're Creating an Account Called Mary... You Simply put in this Box... Mary then Click Next...

Now a Personal Information Box Appears... in this You'd type The Name You want on Outgoing Message... so Marys Last name is Jones... so in the box... Type... Mary Jones... then click next

Ok Now You see the Box says EMail Address now in this You'd make it what ever ISP Internet Service Provider or Accounts Rep has given You... Lets say in this Case... its Mary@Mary.com so put in Mary@mary.com then next

Ok Now comes the Logon Box this is Name of the Account Logon... others call it the User Box... So being is Mary...(this in Eudora will find is the 1st Part of the EMail Name if was Mary@mary.com Fills it in as Mary as Logon on Account name)if this Matches Account Creating Click next

Next Pops up... Incoming E-Mail Server... This is Your ISP incoming Server... so this is Usually always a Pop or Pop3 account... so make sure Circle is Checked POP...then click next

IMAP if want to know means... Internal Mail Access Protocal and is only checked if its say in an Internal Office Network... whereby Mail is Only sent between Employees...so Always think POP or Pop3 Outside Post Office to You.

So Now You have Created a New E-Mail Account...

So just Remember its this Easy... just get the Right Name... John...

to the Right @yadayada.com so Looks like John@yadayada.com

Make sure Login Shows... Account Name Created for Account like John

Make sure the Pop is checked

Just Remember in Eudora all accounts need a Password and will Pop Up everytime you want to get Email...so Make sure You have them handy *They say its Added Security so don't Cry when Pops up asking.*
