Creating E-Mail Accounts Outlook/OutLook Express |
So now You have a New E-Mail Account... Gee a Pop3 Server with SMTP Serve and don't know how to get it Set up... Well to Simply put it its No Big Magic and very Simple... Look for Your Outlook or Outlook Express and Open it...if it is a Desktop Icon... if not on Your Desktop then go Lower Left bottom to Start Button Open it... Then on Long List go to Programs... Open that... Look on Long List again Look down Row till see it usually Listed as Microsoft Outlook or Further down will see if have installed Outlook Express... We Prefer Outlook Express but either Program being are Microsoft Products they Operate the same... So Open the Program You Prefer if have both installed. Now Your Ready to Begin... so Look at Top to Menu Bar thats at very Top says File...Edit...View... Now Open one says... Tools... Once this is Open will see Accounts... Open Accounts... and Now Your Ready to begin setting Up Your E-Mail Accounts. Ok when Accounts Open Will see All...Mail...News...Directory so Click on the Mail one Now Your going to Click on Add in that Box...When Opens Click Mail and its Opens... Ok 1st Page You put Name of The Account Creating say Your Name... John Mary for right now we'll use John so First Page is John Now Open 2nd Page 2nd Page when Opens say type in Email address so looks like... John@John.com Now can see its pretty Easy huh?...Ok Open Page 3 will see says in Box...POP3... thats Type Mail You use if not using Hotmail...Yahoo Mail... so make sure it says POP3 then Notice 2 Lines to Fill in One is Your Pop3 address so put in what one Your ISP or Account Person gave You usually will say like pop3.john.com pop.john.com or even mail.john.com fill that in (Your POP3 is the Provider Email server). Now 2nd Line is the SMTP or (SMTP Mail Protocal Your Computer) uses most time... This is filled in as postoffice.john.com... smtp.john.com or even sometimes if have a Fancy Business server will say simply again... mail.john.com just fill in whatever Your ISP or Account Rep gave You. Now on 4th Page come to Password Section it should simply look like account want to Add in this Case should be simply only thing in Box is... John... then a just fill in Password where asks then click next and will come out to the Finish Page and Now Your Account is all SetUp... Thats it You Created a New E-Mail Account Now all You have to do is Close out the Internet Accounts Box and Check Your Email Account. and thats Simply just Look Up and Click on the Send Receive button if it Checks Good there will be No Warning Messages... Just make Sure before Freak if Get a Account not Listed that ISP or Account Rep set it Up on the Other end... if You have a Web Page You Adminster You checked if Created a New Box You checked Mailbox or even if did You clicked Update or Create Account Button when Created it...
